PRIMER FOR BONDING LIGHT-CURING COMPOSITES TO CERAMIC AND RESIN-BASED COMPOSITES
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CERAMIC&COMPOSITE PRIMER is a priming agent to increases the adhesiveness of light-curing composites to ceramic and resin-based composite prostheses used in dental laboratory procedures.
RECOMMENDED INDICATIONS
1. Bonding light-curing composites to glass ceramics
2. Bonding light-curing composites to resin-based hybrid ceramics
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Preparation of adhesion area.
Treat the bonding surfaces of prosthesis according to the respective
manufacturer's instructions and then clean it using a suitable cleaning method.
We recommend cleaning in an ultrasonic bath or with alcohol, then rinse and dry
with an oil-free air syringe.
2. Applying CERAMIC&COMPOSITE PRIMER.
Dispose a few drops of CERAMIC&COMPOSITE PRIMER into a dispensing dish.
Wet the adhesion area with CERAMIC&COMPOSITE PRIMER by using a brush and let it sit for 3mins to allow full penetration, then dry with an air syringe.
3. Layering of composite resin materials.
Before layering please keep the layered surface free of any impurities. Place light-curing composite resin materials on the adhesion area and polymerize them in accordance with the manufacturer's instruction for use.
